
NWCAC September Educational Meeting, Saturday, September 14, 2019

Our September Educational event will be on Sept 14th from 7:30AM - 12 Noon at Northwest Community Hospital in rooms 1&2 located in the basement of the Busse Center. You can use Entrance 1. Parking is available in Parking Garage B (Level B1 Entrance). The first topic for the day is, "Preparing for The Silver Tsunami: Geriatric Trauma Evaluation and Management" by Rovi Origenes, MSN, NP-CCRN, TNS. This will be followed by a talk from Debbie DeVito from the Gift of Hope with Personal Experiences from Pastor Matt and Ellen. The third topic will be "Advances in Managing Patients with Acute Coagulopathies" by Dr. Amy Stewart.
For our community project this month, we will be collecting items for WINGS, Niles, IL.
Needed items for WINGS Collection: men, women and children's clothing, shoes, purses, jewelry, Linens, and Household Kitchen items
